Although the external structure of the container is a steel structure and has strong impact resistance, there is a well-known problem with the steel structure, that is, the corrosion of chemical substances will cause certain damage to the overall structure. If there is contact with chemical substances, it must be wiped with a professional cleaning agent.
The internal steel structure components should pay attention to the conductive equipment such as wires and cables not to be wrapped around the steel structure components to prevent the booth from conducting electricity and injuring people. Do not use high-power electrical appliances in the booth, and cut off the power supply when leaving the container mobile house. It is also important to note that the wires should not be tied directly to the steel frame structure to prevent leakage and electric shock.
2. After completion, it is recommended not to change the structure at will. The container mobile house is an integrated structure. Removing a small screw may cause a great impact and affect the overall structure. So don't disassemble things casually. If you find that a screw has fallen off, you can tighten it in time.
Do not modify it without authorization, and do not dismantle any bolt components or walls. If you want to move it, you must contact the manufacturer for moving operations.
3. To prevent damage, maintenance is required after a period of use. The paint on the surface will also fall off, so it needs to be repainted. The long sunshine time outside will inevitably affect the peeling of the paint on the box, the paint will fall off or rust. If you find that the box has this situation, you must repaint it in time. Otherwise, even if it is a high-quality container house, the box will slowly be corroded if it takes too long. Therefore, applying a layer of protective film to the box can better maintain it;
4. Pay attention to sun protection. Due to differences in regional environments, such as the high humidity in the Sichuan Basin throughout the year, it is also necessary to pay attention to moisture-proof work. When storing container houses for people, you must pay attention to sunshade. If there is moisture regain inside, it will have a great impact on it. Once moisture regain and mildew occur, its service life will be greatly reduced and damage to the wall will be caused.
