1. Anti-corrosion
Although the external structure of the container mobile house is considered to be a steel structure and therefore has strong impact resistance, the biggest fatal problem of the steel structure is the corrosion of chemical substances (such as ordinary acids, alkalis, salts, etc.), which cannot be in contact with it. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the whole in a short time. If there is contact between acid, alkali and salt, it must be wiped with a professional cleaning agent.
2. Prevent structural damage
Since most of the first-class container houses in the industry are integral structures, with only doors and windows designed separately, attention should be paid to the maintenance of special structural components to avoid structural damage, etc. It is difficult to repair the structural damage of the container board house, and the later maintenance effect is not as good as the original box house.
3. Prevent internal mold and moisture
Although the container board house has a moisture-proof function, due to differences in regional environments, such as the high humidity throughout the year in the Sichuan Basin, moisture-proof work also needs to be paid attention to. If there is moisture resurgence inside the container house, it will have a great impact on it. Once moisture resurgence and mildew occur, its service life will be greatly reduced. It will cause permanent damage to the wall.
         At the same time, when we choose and purchase container houses, we must also know the materials and construction processes on its exterior. Doing the above can extend the service life of the container house.
