1. Pre-cut the hole of window and door
2. With necessary support system for the cut area
3. Paint under client demand. (pls offer the RAL No.)
4. Special demand from client, such as logo, brand
Container Paint:
1. Inside wall paint thickness: 75µ, default RAL7035.
2. Outside Wall paint thickness: 30+40+40=110µ
3. Outside Roof paint thickness: 30+40+50=120µ
4. Chassis paint thickness: 30+200=230µ
5. Painting: white or RAL color.
Window and door frame:
Will pre-welding the steel frame of window and door according the size of each window/ door.
Hatch for possible passage pipes:
Size: 400*400mm (may amend according design)
Place: per design. Usually on the bottom or top of container.
